Refund policy

30-day returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong item: email luxoriva.support@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Changed your mind: unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first at luxoriva.support@gmail.com for return instructions; items sent without contacting us can't be accepted. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we approve the return.

Order not arrived? If it hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email luxoriva.support@gmail.com and we'll track it, reship it, or refund you.

This policy doesn't limit your rights under the consumer laws of your country.
